Groupe Renfort

With the acquisition of Mallock Ltd., Services industriels Renfort became Groupe Renfort. This name change is the beginning of a new era that will position the company as a top player in this cutting-edge industry.

Groupe Renfort is a multidisciplinary company specialized in industrial innovation, industrial mechanics, machine safety, prototype design (3D scan and drawings) and specialized manufacturing.

Groupe Renfort’s story began in 1993. At this time, its main mission was that of a placement agency specialized in recruiting technical personnel. Since then, the company has had the pleasure of working with more than 400 companies throughout Quebec.

In 2008, Groupe Renfort moved to its new location in Rivière-des-Prairies and opened an industrial mechanics division. Its facilities include a nearly 10,000-square-foot workshop that is specially equipped to recondition mechanical parts. This is where the team machines, welds, manufactures and modifies most of the production equipment.

Since 2009, Groupe Renfort has offered a wide array of turnkey services, including mobile workshops, prototype design, manufacturing and installing industrial machinery and creating safety devices for machinery.

In 2015, Groupe Renfort made sweeping changes to begin concentrating on its industrial mechanics division and its related activities.

Finally, in 2018, Groupe Renfort acquired Mallock Ltd., a company founded in 1971 that had become a recognized expert in several fields, including metallization, large-part machining and casting repairs. The Groupe also acquired Mallock’s existing facilities and equipment. In July 2018, Groupe Renfort moved into its new facilities!
